There will be a “meet and greet” on Friday evening for those coming in early.   There will not be any set-ups or unloading on Friday evenng.

5:30pm Friday August 4, 2023 – dinner at Mellow Mushroom for those that come in early – Mellow Mushroom address 1014 Town Dr. In Wilder Ky. (no charge)

7:30am Saturday Aug. 5, 2023 phone show set up – location – 3670 Smith Rd. in California, Ky. 41007 (Smith Rd. Is also marked as 735) (no charge)

– Complimentary donuts and coffee served Saturday morning 11:30am a catered lunch grill out (no charge)

5:00pm phone show over – no dinner served

8:00am Sunday August 6, 2023 show breakdown / pack up – last minute buy/sell/trade
